Zborník najlepších prístupov a metód vo vzdelávaní detí zo znevýhodneného prostredia

Predkladaná publikácia je prehľadom najlepších metód a prístupov vo vzdelávaní detí zo znevýhodneného prostredia, ktoré boli súčasťou tretieho ročníka rovnomennej súťaže SGI – Inštitútu pre dobre spravovanú spoločnosť v školskom roku 2009/2010.

Cieľom súťaže bolo verejne oceniť tých, ktorí z vlastnej iniciatívy vytvárajú a zavádzajú do praxe nové prístupy, propagovať získané poznatky a rozširovať ich využívanie v prospech ďalších žiakov, učiteľov a škôl.

Do súťaže sa zapojilo 26 škôl, ktoré v priebehu februára 2010 posúdila odborná komisia podľa troch hlavných kritérií: inovatívnosť, dopad na komunitu a efektívnosť. Komisia
rozhodla o nasledujúcom poradí:

1. Materská škola, elokované triedy na ul. A. Kmeťa 11, Žiar nad Hronom
2. Základná škola, Hviezdoslavova 822, Trstená
3. Základná škola s materskou školou, č. 40, Jurské
4. Spojená škola internátna, č. 244, Ždaňa
5. Základná škola s materskou školou, P. E. Bardoša 121, Habovka

Vďaka súťaži sa Inštitútu pre dobre spravovanú spoločnosť podarilo získať mnoho informácií, ktoré môžu poslúžiť ako inšpirácia pre pedagógov z rôznych škôl pracujúcich v podobnej oblasti.

Predkladaný zborník prezentuje činnosť všetkých 26 škôl, ktoré sa prihlásili do súťaže. Pri každej ukážke je uvedený kontakt na pedagógov a školu, v ktorej sa realizuje, aby ste v prípade záujmu mohli nadviazať kontakt a osobne získať ďalšie informácie. Väčšina aktivít je vhodná aj pre prácu so všetkými deťmi, nielen s deťmi zo znevýhodneného prostredia. So it's no wonder that hyper-specialized dating sites would start proliferating. Niche sites accounted for 23% of the online dating market in 2008, says Eric Resnick, director of strategy for Courtland Brooks, a marketing and consultancy firm to the online dating industry, and the owner of ProfileHelper.com, which helps people write online dating profiles. And they're up to 29% now, he says, quoting figures from Experian Hit Wise, which tracks consumer behavior online.

Dating experts say niche sites can better help daters zero in on what they are looking for. "If something is highly important to someone" -- be it a personal passion or political outlook -- "these niche sites are much more efficient than the mainstream sites" at helping them find a like-minded soul, says Jill Crosby, founder and CEO of SpiritualSingles.com.
